Mari Huff CPA, CVA, CGMA
Founding Shareholder
Mari Huff is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Accounting. She founded the Firm in 2007, and has the pleasure of working with a variety of different clients and industries during her career. She specializes in the construction and non-profit industries and offers Business Valuation and Litigation Support Services across most industries. She is a long time board member of the Treasure Coast Builders Association (TCBA); the chair of the Sailfish Chapter of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA); a member of the Indian River State College Business Advisory Board; and treasurer of the Housing Solutions Council. She resides in Stuart with her husband, three children, and dogs. During her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, traveling, and reading.
Daniel Ranchurejee CPA, CFE
Supervisor
Daniel joined the firm in June of 2017. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from Indian River State College and graduated from Florida Atlantic University with his Master’s in Forensic Accounting in 2019. He is a Certified Public Account (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). Daniel moved to Florida from Guyana seven years ago and is an avid cyclist and spends his spare time traveling and cycling.

Kary Reyes, EA
Staff Accountant
Kary joined the firm in May of 2022. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indian River State College. In January 2026, Kary passed her final EA Exam and is now a licensed Enrolled Agent for the Internal Revenue Service. Kary moved to Florida from Colombia. She enjoys spending time with her family and loves salsa dancing.

Claudia joined the firm in 2024. She is a graduate of SUNY College of Agriculture & Technology at Cobleskill and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Associate’s degree in Accounting. Claudia is our Firm Administrator.

Blaine A. Grisel
Senior Tax Accountant
Blaine joined the firm in October 2025, having recently relocated from Connecticut. He obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Eastern Connecticut State University. He brings with him over 16 years of experience in public accounting and has also overseen accounting departments in the private sector. Blaine is looking forward to exploring our beaches and experiencing his first Florida winter.

Melissa Brandon
Staff Accountant
Melissa joined the firm in 2014. She is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in accounting. She has extensive experience working with individual tax clients and has been a longtime member of the local community for more than 30 years. Melissa is dedicated to delivering accurate, professional work with a strong focus on client service. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing and traveling with friends and family.
Daniel Kushner CPA, CGMA
Tax Reviewer
Dan is a career-long accounting and tax professional. Dan graduated from UF’s Fisher School of Accounting in 1978 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. His over 45 years in public accounting included developing a healthcare practice, tax consulting, mergers and acquisitions in many industries. Dan spent 15 years as the CFO of a major Florida bank. He is a board member of the Chapman School of Seamanship, and he serves on the board of the Sailfish Chapter of the FICPA. Dan and his wife have seven adult children and three grandchildren. He and his wife enjoy spending their time outdoors with their Giant Schnauzer and family and friends.
Carla Wooten
Staff Accountant
Carla joined our firm in February of 2023; she earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and her Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Keiser University.
Carla has over 35 years of experience with bookkeeping and accounting, having worked in several different industries: construction, logistics and communications.
Carla has been a Florida resident for many years. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two crazy birds.

Kimberly Czernowski
Engagement Supervisor
Kim joined our firm in March of 2026 as our new Engagement Supervisor. Kim brings with her over 15 years of experience supporting CPA and accounting firms.
She has an extensive background in office policies & procedures and prides herself on assisting staff in meeting critical deadlines.
Kim is a lifelong resident of Florida, and in her spare time, she enjoys boating and spending time with her family.
